The staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially helping with my room change. The traffic noise from the parking lot was really disruptive at night.

The stay with my buddies was a blast! We visited the Harvest Festival and checked out the San Jose Civic for a live show. The staff were super friendly, and our room was always clean. The hotel has a cozy vibe, which made our trip even better.
The only downside was the noise from the parking lot at night. it was pretty disruptive.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that were quite frustrating. The room I was assigned was dirty and poorly maintained, which was very disappointing. Additionally, I had trouble with the check-in process as the staff member was unhelpful and unwelcoming, which added to my stress after a long journey.

We enjoyed our stay at this place, especially because it was family-friendly. The little one loved playing in the big bouncy house nearby, and the convenience of a small kitchen in our room was super helpful for quick snacks. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating.
In my wife’s opinion, the pool area would be better with more umbrellas for shade during hot days.

The room was cozy, and I loved how quickly the staff sorted me out when I had a little issue with the toilet. I enjoyed unwinding by the pool and sipping my morning coffee on the sunny patio. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use some updating, but it didn't ruin my stay! 😊
